Realme Watch 3 The price in India is Rs 3,499. This is the latest affordable smartwatch from the company. Through this, the company is trying to compete with the products of this price range of NOISE, Fire-Bolt and BOAT. What is Realme Watch 3 Best Affordable Smartwatch with big display, Bluetooth calling and fitness tracking features, which you can buy now? Find out in this review.
Design and Specifications of Realme Watch 3
Realme Watch 3 at a price of Rs 3,499 competes with the recently launched Noise Colorfit Pro 4 with similar features and specifications. Here Realme Watch 3 has a 1.8 -inch TFT LCD display which is slightly larger than the noise smartwatch. But it is not as sharp as noise and has a resolution of 240×286 pixels. It comes with maximum brightness of 500 nits.

Realme Watch 3 comes in two color options including black and gray. The company sent it to me a gray model. Its strap is gray but the sides of smartwatch are quite glossy and in my view, the bright shed of silver looks quite good. The watch is in front and back black color and its 22mm lease can later be replaced with market options.
Thick borders are laid around the watch screen, due to which its look looks slightly old. You can hide this deficiency slightly by using a black background. A microphone is given in the right side, which is with the primary button. The primary button comes with power control and some navigation options. Speakers are provided in the left side which are used at the time of receiving calls. The device’s bottom has contact points for charging and there are also optical sensors for heart rate and blood oxygen readings.
Realme Watch 3 has been rated IP68 for dust and water rasistance. Its weight is 40 grams with its strap. It uses Bluetooth 5.3 for connectivity. You also get a megnetic charging cable in the sales package.
Realme Watch 3 software and app
The user interface of Realme Watch 3 is quite simple in which some fixed apps are given. You can neither install any other app in it nor uninstall its apps. It uses Bluetooth for connectivity to the smartphone, through which it works to sync fitness data and show notifications.
Watch shows main apps when swipe of right or left bicycle including activity tracking, sleep tracking, heart rate tracking, Weather and Music Control. Notifications appear when swipe upwards from the bottom. Swipe from the top towards the bottom provides togle, power saving mode, settings and other options for brightness. On pressing the side button, the entire app menu looks in the grid or list format.

For the main function that you expect in a smartwatch, it has apps that include stopwatch, timer, alarm, camera shutter control, heart rate and blood oxygen tracking, workouts and workout records, settings and others. It is quite easy to access and use it.
With the help of Realme Link App, watch and smartphones connect with each other. This app is available for both Android and iOS. Fitness data in the app can be seen in a detailed and organized manner. With its help, you can also customize settings and other functions in the watch.
You can choose the watchfase from the growing list of Reality Watchface and can quickly change any of the four watchfaces saved in the watch. Here you can also choose which app to send notifications to you or not. Watch comes into active mode when pressing the button and lifting the wrist. Tapping on the screen in standby does not matter.
If you have other reality products such as earphones or IOT devices, then this app becomes quite convenient and works as a common hub for all. Connection with Smartwatch was stable and notification delivery was also full during the review period.
Realme Watch 3 performance and battery life
A lot of features are given to say in the affordable smartwatch, but the real experience comes out quite different. Especially in this price segment, it has been seen a lot. But, as far as showing time and notifications, changing the watchfase, this watch of realme works well here.

Bluetooth calling is useful in this and I used it for small calls at calm places like home and office. It is quite easy to receive the call on it and works without any hassle. Talking about health and fitness tracking, I felt a shortage of it. But there is not much options in this price that do exactly accurate trekking. This watch counted 1072 steps counted by me. The same figure was seen in Noise Colorfit Pro 4. For long distances, this difference was made of 85 extra steps per 1000 steps.
When compared to Apple Watch, it measured the distance less. While the measurement of calories was shown more. Heart rate reading was also not accurate when recording while walking, but it was showing it right when he stood up or sitting. Blood oxygen level was shown accurate. Sleep tracking also did it properly.
What the company has claimed about its battery life, it matches it and lasts for 7 days. I did a lot of activity in it, made health tracking, sometimes used for calls and also checked notifications.
Our decision
Realme Watch 3 at a price of Rs 3,499 offers a lot. It is good in appearance, is reliable for connectivity, battery life is also good and comes with Bluetooth calling. Its fitness and activity tracking does not affect. But there is no shortage of features according to the price. If your budget is very low then you can think of buying it.
NOISE Colorfit Pro 4 also cannot be blossomed here because it has more watchface and a sharp display. The matter here also comes to brand and personal choice. But it can definitely be said that the more you spend for Realme Watch 3, it is giving more than that.
