• First of all, go to the communication partner portal (https://sancharsaathi.gov.in/) through any web browser on mobile or PC.
• Here you get up ‘Citizen centric services‘Click on the tab, or scroll down’Block Your Lost/Stolen MobileSelect the option.
• If you want to block your mobile phone, then red color ‘Block Stolen/Lost MobileClick on the option.
• Now a form will come in front of you. Fill all the related information asked in it and certify any of your numbers through OTP ‘SubmitClick on the button.

Note: Here you will have to carefully fill the information like the mobile number (both, if there were 2 numbers, both), the name of the brand of the phone, the missing or theft date of the phone, the missing or theft date, the police complaint and its number, the name of the phone owner, the address, the mobile number, any ID number etc.

As soon as the form is submitted, the mobile phone will be completely blocked and no one will be able to use it again. Even if a person puts a SIM in that phone, he will not work in the SIM phone.
