Search and Compare Cusines’ Price Directly

This is the most common and easiest way to find a dish in any restaurant, in which you have to open the Zomato app and write the name of your favorite dish by tapping on a direct search button. By doing this, the names of all the restaurants around you will come, where the dish is available.

However, if you pay attention here, there is also a Dishes tab on the right of the Resturant tab, which will show you the price of the dish searched at that place along with the name of the restaurant. With this, you will not need to go inside the restaurant one by one and see the rate of the dish and you will be able to compare the price of all restaurants from outside.

Veg mode on zomato

Do you know that Zomato gets a special mode for pure vegetarians, which the user can turn on or off. If this mode is off, you will give both zomato veg and non-veg recommendation and at the same time both the dish of both categories will be seen in every restaurant. However, if you turn on this mode, you will only get a list of pure veg restaurants and only a veg dish will appear in each restaurant. This mode is available under the profile picture on the top-right corner on the home page of the app.

Filters on zomato

If you open the Zomato app, you will get a list of all the restaurants around you when you come down slightly. Here you can improve your food ordering experience by using many work filters given by ZOMATO. Below we are telling you about all the filters:-

• Sort: Here the relevance option is selected by default, which shows you the restaurants around you according to your previous order. You can choose Rating ‘High to Low’, which will show you restaurants with good rating from top to bottom. You can ‘Low to High’ to Delivery Time, which will first show the restaurants that can deliver the order first at your location. Cost can be filtered according to the restaurant price by doing ‘low to high’ or ‘high to low’. Finally, by choosing the ‘low to high’ option according to the distance, the restaurants will appear at the top of your location.
• Near and Fast: As the name suggests, if you choose this filter, you will see the restaurant at the top, which is the closest to your location, as well as they can be able to deliver your order as soon as possible.
• Gold offers: If you are Zomato Gold Member, this filter can prove to be of great use for you. By selecting this, you will see the restaurant in the list, which gives extra discounts on the Gold Membership.
• Great offers: If you are not a gold member, you can use this filter. In this, you will see the restaurant in the list, which gives a thick discount on food ordering or where instead of a price discount, you get something free with a boogo offer or a dish instead of a price discount.
• Rating 4.0+: We all like to order food from the restaurants that have received good ratings. In such a situation, you can select this option, which will only keep the restaurant in the list, whose average rating is 4.0 or more.
• Schedule: If you want to order it first and get it delivered later, then this filter is of use for you. On selecting this, the list of restaurants will come, which allow you to schedule your food delivery.
• Previously Ordered: If you mostly order a dish or a few selected restaurants, you should choose this filter, as it will show you restaurants based on all your previous orders.
• Cusines: If you want a restaurant based on the category of the dish, then this option is useful. In this, you will find around 75 categories including North Indian, South Indian, Chinese, Jain, Mughali, Italian.

Collections in zomato

The ZOMATO collections option is the best way to personify its ordering experience. In the collection, you can make one or more collections according to your own. Here you can add your favorite dish or restaurant. To do this, you have to tap on the collections tab on the home page in the app. Now you will see the ‘Create a New Collection’ option. After tabing it, you have to give a name to your collection. Now inside this collection you can add your favorite dish or restaurant. This is a good option to make a category, where you can collect a special category dish or a restaurant related to it.
